We own our equipment
Rotary floor scrubbers, extraction units, pressure washers and fumigation kit all travel with our own crews in our own vehicles. Nothing is hired in per job, so there is no rental margin sitting inside your quote. It also means a crew arrives able to start rather than waiting on whatever happens to be on site.
The right machine finishes faster
Most of the cost of a cleaning job is labour hours. A job done properly with an industrial machine takes a fraction of the time it takes by hand, so the same standard of finish costs less to deliver. That is the whole trick, and it is why buying equipment rather than cutting corners is what keeps the price down.
We train staff rather than replace them
Trained staff work faster, damage less and need less supervision. Our cleaners are trained, insured and bonded before they set foot on a site. Retaining people is cheaper than constantly hiring, and the client gets a crew that already knows the building.
Institutional work carries the base
Universities, senior high schools, production companies and corporate institutions give us steady, scheduled work. That predictability is what lets us quote homes and small offices fairly rather than pricing every one-off job as though it might be our last.
What it means for you
